倾斜开关 PROBE

TILT SWITCH 倾斜开关 PROBE简称料位计用于料流、堵塞及料位检测。倾斜开关（探头），垂直悬挂的倾斜开关在受到外力作用，偏离垂直位置15度以上时，开关内部的水银触点动作，常闭触点打开。当外力撤消后，倾斜开关回复垂直状态，水银触点复又闭合。利用倾斜开关内触点开合的变化来判断保护设备的工作情况，及时采取措施，以达到安全保护的目的。

特点：

斜开关可单独使用探头，也可配合控制装置使用

报警输出时间可调，控制装置中具有0－10秒的可调延时线路，可避免倾斜开关因瞬时倾斜引起误动作。

正常/报警位置可设定，控制装置中有一跳线，可将开关垂直或倾斜状态定为正常状态

英文版说明：The Series LTS Tilt Switch probes are able to sense either the presen or absen of material when other sensors won＇t work due to bin vibration, or actual walls aren＇t available for mounting other types of measuring units. The probes are designed for use where the bulk material to be sensed is exposed or open. Typical applications include high or low level detection in large hoppers, silos, crushers, or trippers, high level control under stackers, ａnd detection of plugged conditions at conveyor transfer points. Series LTS probes can also be used to detect the presen or absen of bulk material on belt conveyors, on chutes to indicate product flow, ａnd to aid in loading rail cars or trucks.

All probe models are airtight, dust tight, ａnd waterproof. The compact probe should be used for applications involving small bins ａnd hoppers where spa is limited, while the heavy duty probe should be used for applications where a heavy duty abrasion-resistant probe is nessary.
